Where this site's data comes from
Every dataset this site is built on, its licence, whether it may be reused commercially and with derivatives, how many records this site holds, and what that data is used for. This page exists because a site making claims from government and public data should say exactly where those claims come from — not as a disclaimer added after the fact, but as the same table Google and a researcher can both check.
Open Government Licence — Isle of Man Government
Contains public sector information licensed under the Isle of Man Open Government Licence. The licence permits commercial use and the creation of derivative works, provided the attribution above is carried — which is why every CSV download from this site carries it as a file comment, and why it appears on every page built from these registers.

The anti-scrape rate limiting on this site exists specifically to protect that boundary.
